The Courier must use 100 stimpaks.

Grants the player character 75 XP upon completion.

This challenge is repeatable.
After achieving Stimpaddict, the next time the player talks to Julie Farkas and asks for medical attention, she will comment on the player's addiction to stimpaks. She states her surprise, saying "I've never seen someone get addicted to Stimpaks before."
