- At least one is always found on killed Grafton Monsters.
- One can be found inside Blackwater Mine, on top of the metal shelf to the left of the Water Systems Monitoring terminal. The terminal is located behind a locked security gate in the room with the armor workbench and a red industrial trunk, north of the generator above the flooded tunnel.
