Special Attack is a Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel skill (skills in this game work like perks do in other Fallout games).

The first rank adds a third attack to your standard melee swing. If you take the second rank, you can perform a special attack with the back button.

- 1 Rank : 8 Points (Three-Hit Melee Combo)
- 2 Rank : 16 Points (Attack Charge)
