The Soviet Consulate was a foreign embassy of the Soviet Union, located in Los Angeles.
Background[]
Before the Great War, a diplomat from the embassy was granted a residency inside Vault 13. By 2161, his granddaughter, Natalia Dubrovhsky, hoped to leave the vault, venturing out in the Wasteland in search of a replacement water chip.[1][Non-game 1]
