The Slocum's Joe franchise kit is a perk magazine and quest item in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Coffee and Donuts Workshop Pack."

The Slocum's Joe Franchise Kit is a one-of-a-kind perk magazine. It can only be found if the Coffee and Donuts Workshop pack has been installed. Picking up the perk magazine will allow the player character to inspect it. Once picked up, the quest Slocum's Joe is complete. It has become yellowed after 210 years of neglect, and has the Slocum's Joe brand name on it, with the words "Franchise Kit" underneath, and a smiling donut holding a hot coffee cup in between the "Slocum's" and the "Joe." The text underneath the pink and yellow line reads, "Start building your delicious empire today!" At the bottom left, there is a glazed donut, and on the bottom right, there is a pink frosted donut.

Permanently unlocks Slocum's Joe Donuts & Coffee Workshop items. Allows one to build settlement objects from "Coffee and Donuts Workshop Pack."
