Created by the survivalist, Jules, this schematic allows you to make the .44 Magnum semi-wad cutter round that is able to take down critters and armored foes more quickly and efficiently without beating your own gun up at the same time.
Location[]
It is received by talking to Jules and passing a 50 Guns check and a 60 Survival check. If, however, you have already taken the Hand Loader perk, there is no need to go through the dialogues with Jules except for the XP.
