Samson Arktos was the CEO of Arktos Pharma Company in Appalachia before the Great War.
Background[]
Samson's practices were ethically questionable, once managing to get clearance for aerosolizing testing of some of Arktos' experimental compounds even though lab trials had yet to be completed, to the surprise of his staff.[1]

Like many of Appalachia's wealthy and powerful citizens, Samson had rooms at the Whitespring Resort and spent many weekends golfing with the likes of Thomas Eckhart and the head of the Vault-Tec Agricultural Research Center.
He also owned a dog named Hector.[2]

An unused NPC exists in the game's files that was intended to be used as the speaker of a holotape narrated by Samson Arktos. However, this content was not implemented into the game.
