One of the two parts required to build the signal repeater during Signal Strength. It resembles a signal resistor.
Location[]
It is found inside a panel in the cockpit of the crashed plane atop of the hill at Horizon's Rest, but only while the quest is active.
Behind the scenes[]
The name of this item may be a reference to the SMU Guildhall, a graduate school program for video game development at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Texas, at which several Bethesda Game Studios developers studied.
