Ryan Kuir is a developer who works at Double Eleven on Fallout 76, first listed in the updated credits with Once in a Blue Moon.
Work on the Fallout series[]
As a level designer on Fallout 76, Kuir implemented many of the new random encounters in the Skyline Valley update, including ones featuring the Electrician and the Mole.[1]
Prior to working on Fallout 76, Kuir was a modder on the Fallout 4 fan project Fallout: London.[2]
