- Three can be found north of the Pleasant Valley cabins, near the bodies of Shannon and Olivia Rivers at the end of Mistress of Mystery.
- Two can be found at the Forward Station Alpha.
- One can be found on top of a coffin at the Hopewell cave cemetery.
- One can be found in the Eastern Regional Penitentiary, under a metal shelf in a closet in the locked intake room.

Even though this item is not used in any crafting recipes, it will not be scrapped when using "scrap all junk".
