Background[]
Robert was wanted for breaking and entering, attempted burglary and three counts of homicide on the residents of a building at 782 Main St. He was confronted by the Responders on March 17, 2082, but resisted arrest and assaulted a Responder. He was eventually captured and, after pleading guilty, sentenced to a stripping of his possessions and a lifetime exile from Charleston, ordered to be shot on sight if he attempted to return.[1]
