Riley was a member of the Pioneer Scouts before the Great War.
Background[]
Riley went on their first camping trip with the Pioneer Scouts to Dolly Sods Campground. Riley's mother, Becca, left a holotape for them expressing how proud she was that they were going on a "big adventure." She reminded Riley to be on their best behavior, and not throw things at people as they did with the Miss Nanny at home.[1]
