The repair beacon is used to repair Motherlode-003 during the quest The Motherlode. This mechanical device was part of the requisition system set up by Hornwright Industrial, and could only be retrieved using a specific code.
Locations[]
One can be acquired at the Hornwright Industrial Headquarters, during The Motherlode quest. After reading the "Power Struggles" terminal entry, the code 36984 can be used on a keypad on the top executive floor to retrieve a repair beacon from a dispenser.
