Squire Ramsay was a member of the Brotherhood of Steel in Appalachia.
Background[]
In 2082, while off-duty, Ramsay and Squire Asher found Quercus, a Mister Handy later reprogrammed by Asher. Ramsay did not share Asher's positive outlook, and referred to Quercus as "scrap metal." After Asher assigned Quercus the task of documenting swamp creatures, Ramsay was dismissive, believing that their superiors would reprimand them for wasting time with animals.[1]
