Mr. Ramos was a gambler at the Neapolitan Casino in Atlantic City.

Mr. Ramos was well-known to the staff of the Neapolitan for being a "high roller" gambler. However, in at least one incident, Ramos got extremely drunk and was seen urinating behind a plant by another guest of the casino. The guest reported Ramos to the bartender, and Ramos was cut off from receiving any more drinks for the night. He was escorted back to his room in the hotel and the mess was cleaned up, but the staff was cautioned to "be nice" to Ramos, because of his status as a high roller.[1]
