Ralph was the foreman at Quincy Quarries before the Great War.
Background[]
Ralph led the efforts of the workers at Quincy Quarries and did not care for complaints from the public. On October 22, 2077, when Charles Dieter Jr. went to confront him over the noise produced by the quarry, the foreman refused to listen and harshly rebuked him. This led Dieter to record Ralph's name for a formal complaint, though he did not remember the foreman's full last name, stating it was "something-ski" or "something Polish." In anger, Dieter further hoped that Ralph and the other quarry workers would die so that he could regain peace and quiet.[1]
