The rad opossum hat is a piece of headwear in Fallout 76.

This fur hat is made from dead opossums (although crafting it does not actually require anything from an opossum), with three heads sticking out at the hat's front. There are ten forearms sticking out of the hat's left and right sides, and two tails at the back which move with the player character.
