The prison jumpsuit was the basic outfit of the Prisoner in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
Background[]
A single-piece gray jumpsuit with an orange stripe around the neck and down the torso, integrating the zipper and a metal, lockable collar. Standard attire for prisoners of Tibbets Prison. The stripe is printed with a binary code for identification (00-101100, 0-44 in decimal).
