Prime Gaming loot, formerly known as Twitch Prime loot, is a paid subscription service for Fallout 76. To date, six bundles have been made available. A number of cosmetic items are unlocked upon becoming a member and linking a Bethesda.net account. It was first made available on December 13, 2019.[1][2]
