- Has a chance to be awarded from the Claim Workshop quest or the Defend Workshop and Retake Workshop events.
- Has a chance to be awarded from Daily Ops if the player character's level is <50.
- Has a chance to be awarded from the jackpot haul at one of the claim token exchange terminals.
