Each plan has a 3.45% chance to be awarded upon completion of the seasonal Fasnacht Day public event.
Unlocks[]
Each of these two plans unlocks crafting of a different variant of the Fasnacht branch garland at a C.A.M.P. or workshop. Fasnacht branch garland 01 unlocks a string of garland with red and blue ribbon while branch garland 02 produces garland with green and purple ribbon.
