Has a chance to drop from Assaultrons if the player character is level 25 or above and has already learned Plan: Assaultron blade.
The drop rate is 2.5% if the Assaultron is below level 36, 4% if the Assaultron is level 36-45 and 6% if the Assaultron is level 46+.
The plan will stop dropping once it is learned.
