- It can be obtained by level 50+ player characters as a reward for successfully completing a Daily Op
. - The plan is also sold by Minerva as part of her rotating inventory.
Unlocks[]
Learning the plan unlocks crafting of the Covert scout armor right arm at an armor workbench. It also allows legendary variants to drop as event rewards and from Purveyor Murmrgh.
Notes[]
Once learned, the plan will no longer drop from Daily Ops, thereby increasing the drop chances of other rare Daily Ops plans.
