- Guaranteed reward upon completion of Invisible Ties
- Additionally, after completing the main Wastelanders questline, the plan can be purchased from Samuel for 4000 gold bullion with a Settlers reputation of Neighborly or above.
- The plan is also sold by Minerva as part of her rotating inventory.

The plan unlocks crafting of the Chinese stealth armor at an armor workbench.
