Plan: Blue camo power armor paints is a power armor mod plan in Fallout 76, introduced in the Fallout Worlds update.

The plan can only be obtained by opening a second-generation (i.e. Steel Dawn onwards) holiday gift as part of the Holiday Scorched community event. If the account has the entitlement from the Nuclear Winter game mode or the player character has learned the plan, it cannot be awarded.
Unlocks[]
The plan unlocks crafting of the power armor blue camo paint at a power armor station.
