- Has a chance to drop from assaultrons if the player character is level 25 or above and has not already learned the plan. The drop rate is 1.25% if the assaultron is below level 36, 2% if the assaultron is level 36-45 and 3% if the assaultron is level 46 or above.
- Has a 10% chance to be rewarded from the Encryptid event.
