The pepper mill and clean pepper mill are junk items in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
The traditional counterpart to the salt shaker, it is a green plastic container fitted with a mechanism for grinding peppercorns, slightly faded and unclean.
The clean variant has been secured from the harsh environments following the Great War and avoided rough handling, the result of which is a near perfect condition pre-War item.
