A black undercoat painted with distinct red markings indicative of the Brotherhood Outcasts.

When all pieces of the power armor are painted with the Outcast paint, the armor provides a +1 bonus to Intelligence.
Crafting[]
For standard power armors, this paint requires no materials to make.
Location[]
All versions first require the completion of Malevolent Malfunction.
Notes[]
Typing "set ccQDRFO4001_PaintUnlockedBrotherhoodOutcast to 1" in the console will also unlock the paint without finishing the quest. This is especially useful if players encounter glitches during the quest preventing completion.
