Oscar was a maintenance engineer working at Watoga Emergency Services before the Great War.
Background[]
Oscar was in charge of automating the Emergency Services building while working there in 2077. He was often overworked due to understaffing of human employees and recorded his complaints on a terminal that he owned. Because he was the only human in the building, many patients assumed that he was in charge and asked for medical assistance, with which he had no experience.[1] He was frustrated with Rob Massey's request to train Protectrons to climb ladders.[2] Oscar was also in charge of maintaining Chief, but ran into problems because of the Mister Handy's age, preventing him from connecting Chief to the greater Watoga systems.[3]
