Nuke it From Orbit is a kill challenge in Fallout: New Vegas.
Challenge requirements[]
The Courier must kill 250 enemies with any shoulder mounted weapon, such as with the missile launcher, the Annabelle or the shoulder mounted machine gun.

Grants 75 XP upon completion.
