Raised by bats, Night Kid grew to be an aggressive five-foot tall predator.[1][2] He was ultimately cornered and captured by the marshals after a lengthy and deadly chase through the caverns.[2]
He remained in captivity for a decade before he was freed under mysterious circumstances, and returned to the caverns, where he allegedly lives to this day.[2]
Listening for Night Kid is a decades-old tradition.[3] Those who visit his domain are encouraged to engage with the tradition by taking a moment of silence to listen for his telltale scurry... if they dare.[3]
