It is an orange electronic chip card, used to insert into the core guidance system on the USS Constitution.
Locations[]
Located inside a file cabinet at the scavenger's outpost, west of the USS Constitution.
- If siding with Ironsides, the file cabinet is marked as owned and the chip can only be stolen.
- If siding with the scavengers, the file cabinet is marked as unowned and the chip can freely be taken.
