The mutated package is a consumable introduced with the Fallout 76 update Mutation Invasion.
Characteristics[]
It appears to be a canister with a mutation icon and hazardous material casing. When used, the player character will receive an amount of items, along with a guaranteed 3 star legendary. These variants have a lower chance of dropping rare plans than the mutated party pack.

- Guaranteed three star weapon (using Murmrgh's Mystery Pick loot list) and a 5% chance for a unique weapon (Longshot sniper rifle, The Peacemaker grenade launcher, Boomstick missile launcher, or Overkill Fat Man)
- 5 super stimpaks
- 4-12 stimpaks
- Random amount of screws, concrete, lead, aluminum, and unrefined gunpowder (rolled four times)
- Random amount of ammunition, rolled four times and selected from both regular and ultracite subtypes.
- 25% chance for a crafting plan or recipe the player character does not yet know. The plan can be either rare (2/3 odds) or ultra rare (1/3 odds).
