Mutant masses are enemies in the Wastelad holotape minigame.

A heavily mutated group of assimilated humans, mutant masses are a disgusting example of the horrors of the wasteland.
They are still wearing their human pants, and have a tattered white shirt draping from two of their shoulders. They have three heads and four arms. Their heads are thick and bloated, with pustules poking out haphazardly. They have green blood.[1]

Despite Wastelad being created pre-War, mutant masses bear a passing resemblance to centaurs.
