"A sense of pride and accomplishment" being one of the workplace benefits is a reference to the most downvoted Reddit comment in history. In response to criticism against steep requirements for unlocking iconic characters in the 2017 game Star Wars Battlefront II, a corporate account for Electronic Arts replied by saying that "the intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes." The comment was widely mocked and seen as disconnected from the playerbase.[1]
