Morticia Grandchester was a woman who lived in the Grandchester Mystery Mansion prior to its conversion into a roadside attraction before the Great War.
Background[]
Morticia Grandchester was the mother of Lucy Grandchester and wife of Hannibal Grandchester. She nearly died giving birth to her daughter Lucy. She believed that evil spirits were possessing her daughter, so she later hired a psychic to help get rid of the spirits in the house. After refusing to give her daughter's doll a kiss goodnight, she was found dead with the doll stuffed in her mouth. She also had rope burns on her wrists, but no ropes were ever found.
