Background[]
A welder stationed at Grafton Steel Underground, Mitch got into a physical fight with his foreman, Gil Freeman. Gil had bet his truck that Mitch's preferred football team would not win Monday's big game, which it did. After losing the bet, Gil claimed that he was just joking, causing an argument between the two that devolved into a brawl. Light first aid was administered to both of them before being placed on two weeks' leave without pay.[1]
