The package appears to be a steel briefcase with ridges across the faces, a raised circle in the center of the faces, and blue-gray clasps on either side of a brown handle. It is dented and lightly rusted across its entire surface

It is given by Diane to deliver to Don Hostetler in the quest Aba Daba Honeymoon.

- If Someone to Watch Over Me is completed by killing Hostetler's wife or having his daughter do it, he will no longer speak to the Courier, leaving this package trapped in the inventory.
- If Aba Daba Honeymoon is completed by saving Anders in Cottonwood Cove after Diane has given the Courier the package, the dialogue option to give Don Hostetler the package will disappear, trapping the item in the inventory.
- If Aba Daba Honeymoon is failed, Diane will still give the package, but it won't be able to be given to Don Hostetler.
