Michelle Ginsby oversaw recruiter Richard Burch and his efforts to find new candidates. Michelle was critical of Richard for only finding "BS degree kids" and for having lost the most potential candidate, Ella Ames, after a poor outreach effort. She advised Richard that he would have one last chance to prove he was capable of doing his job, by stepping back into influencing Ella after her father, whose health was failing, died. Michelle instructed Richard that after successfully recruiting Ella, discussion about promotion would be on the table.[1]
