Corporal Michael F. Gelesky was a member of the Defense Intelligence Agency branch located inside the Switchboard before the Great War. His last task was investigating an unknown broadcast in Hindu Kush, codenamed TPN-03, on orders from Dr Ramarijan. He was apparently under severe pressure from the Data department on that, and his co-worker Jay T. Faraday, invited him to a Halloween party to help him blow off steam and maybe help the bachelor find someone.[1]
