Matthew "Matt" Cesario is a developer who worked at Bethesda Softworks on Fallout 76 as a quality assurance tester. In the updated credits for Wastelanders, he was listed as a systems designer.

Work on the Fallout series[]
Cesario initially began work on Fallout 76 as a quality assurance engineer at Bethesda Game Studios Austin, specializing in quest and systems design, with some of his duties including prototyping multiplayer quests, as well as reporting and producing bugs. In April 2019, he became an associate systems designer for Bethesda, specializing in monetization on Fallout 76. He created the survival tent for Fallout 1st, developing it from documentation to release. He also worked on the Atomic Shop, developing store images, as well as documentation for various items sold in the shop.[1]

Cesario left Bethesda in September 2020, and currently works at Little Orbit as a game designer, helping develop a tactical game in Unity.[1]
