The master wardrobes 1 and 2 are house upgrades in Fallout: New Vegas.
The Courier may purchase the upgrade for the Lucky 38 presidential suite at any time after obtaining the suite. The upgrade provides an additional wardrobe in the master bedroom. The wardrobe is named "wardrobe 1" in the game and is located on the left side of the master bedroom.
