The M.I.N.D. are a fictional faction created by Astoundingly Awesome Tales, serving as antagonists in the pre-war comic book series The Atomic Chronicles of K.D. Inkwell and its associated products and merchandise.

Background[]

The M.I.N.D. are a hivemind dolphin-human hybrid civilization which rules the Earth in the distant 42^nd century. M.I.N.D. assimilates fetal humans and dolphins into singular entity, rapidly advancing the course of evolution. When K.D. Inkwell and the Guild of Antiquities arrive in the future, the M.I.N.D. seeks to capture and assimilate the intruders.

The slogan of the M.I.N.D. is the Latin phrase "Factum Evolutio Velox", which may roughly translate to "The Rapid Evolution".
