Liza was a woman who lived in the United States before the Great War.
Background[]
Around 2077, Liza had reserved a place in an unknown vault in Washington, D.C. It is not known whether she made it inside. Liza is mentioned by Kenneth Collins in one of his terminal entries in Vault 81. Whether she was family or a friend is not made clear, only that Kenneth was worried if she made it into the vault.[1]
When Kenneth was inside Vault 81 during the Great War, he began to write custom personality settings for the Miss Nanny unit Curie, and modeled some aspects of her after Liza.[1]
