Lacy underwear is a quest item obtainable only in Tranquility Lane in Fallout 3. It belongs to Martha Simpson.
Location[]
It can be found in the Simpson residence on her bed. It can be used during "Break up the Rockwells" in Tranquility Lane. Place it on the Rockwell's workbench in their basement and tell Mrs. Rockwell that there is something she should see. She will follow the player character to the basement, where she can be convinced that Mr. Rockwell is either cheating on her or a cross-dresser.

- When the lacy underwear is viewed in the Pip-Boy (by planting it on a Chinese soldier), where the item's picture should be it says "PipOS Error -26 [File Not Found]"
- Though it no longer serves any purpose, this item is still found in the game files for Fallout: New Vegas.
