Dr. Ken was a doctor and chem dealer native to The Burrows, before being forced out by the Burrow Boys.

The proprietor of "Dr. Ken's Chem Den," Ken was a dealer first, and a doctor second. Specializing in a wide variety of high-quality, yet affordable chems, Ken was the man to speak to if a fix was required.
Dr. Ken's Chem Den sold 4 different services: Standard fare, the hard stuff, exotic tastes and "boring doctor things." While "standard fare" and "the hard stuff" were conventional substances like glue, Buffout and Med-X, "exotic tastes" offered customers the chance to inhale cow dung fumes, an early form of Jet. If the customer had any health issues, disease cures were also available for purchase.[1]
Following the forced evacuation of The Burrows by the Burrow Boys, Ken set his sights on Mosstown, where he continued to offer high-quality chems at a great price.[2]
