Background[]
A maintenance worker at Grafton Steel Underground, Joey suffered a workplace injury when his clothes became caught in uncovered machinery. Because he did not turn off the machine or secure his loose clothing, he was pulled in by some rotors.
This caused him to suffer major lacerations to the left arm, shoulder, neck and face. An ambulance was called to the scene, and he was cleared to return to work pending a doctor's approval.[1]
