Background[]
She worked at the REPCONN headquarters, and was killed when the Great War struck. Her security keycard can still be found next to her remains, which can be used by the Courier to bypass the security robots in the REPCONN headquarters.

When her card is taken, the mobile facial recognition scanners in the REPCONN headquarters will refer to its holder as Mrs. Millet.
