Jay Woodward is a developer who worked at Bethesda Game Studios on Fallout 3 as a programmer and on Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 as a gameplay programmer. He was also credited on Fallout: The Board Game as a playtester.
Work on the Fallout series[]
For Fallout 3, Woodward worked on the game's non-combat AI system, as well as the AI packages, including ones for escort, follow, guard, patrol, sandbox, and using weapons.[1]
For Fallout 4, Woodward was one of the developers who contributed to the creation of Dogmeat's item-fetching and seeking functionality, alongside Jon Paul Duvall and others.[2]
