Captain Huang[1] is the leader of the Chinese remnants at Mama Dolce's, encountered in Fallout 3. His name in the game is simply Chinese remnant captain.
Background[]
Huang was part of a group of infiltrators sent to Washington, D.C. in 2077, under the cover of the Mama Dolce's food processing company. With a job and wage available for every member of the operation, Huang's mission was to rendezvous with covert operatives already operating on US soil and coordinate their operations.[2] His cover is unknown, though an HR memo praises Robert Whiteman for his speedy staffing of the facility, suggesting it may have been his alias.[3] Upon completing the objective, Huang was to report to command for the next stage of the operation, which never came due to the Great War.[2]
